Dr-Lorenc-newZ. Paul Lorenc (pronounced “Lawrence”), MD, FACS is a world-renowned aesthetic plastic surgeon known for combining his scientific and surgical expertise with an acute aesthetic sense of composition and proportion in the areas of facial rejuvenation, breast enhancement and body contouring.

Dr. Lorenc is internationally recognized for creating endoscopic techniques to address a broad spectrum of aesthetic procedures, most notably the endoscopic forehead lift. During the last decade, Dr. Lorenc became a pioneer in the development of the latest generation of dermal fillers, helping to secure FDA approval for the use of both Evolence and Restalyne in the United States.

In addition to seeing patients and conducting research, Dr. Lorenc writes regularly for his specialty’s scientific journals, including The Aesthetic Surgery Journal and The Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and he regularly reviews publications on the topic and has contributed many chapters to aesthetic surgery textbooks. He is also a commentator frequently consulted by national and local broadcast news outlets such as NBC’s Today in New York, The Today Show, and Dateline, CNN’s Larry King Live and ABC’s Good Morning America and 20/20 to offer scientific insight into new aesthetic surgical procedures.

Dr. Lorenc is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Inc., where he serves on the Public Education Committee of the Communications Commission. In addition to his private Park Avenue practice, Dr. Lorenc has surgical privileges at New York City’s finest hospitals.

Dr. Lorenc is also Master Consultant for Plastic Surgery and Research & Development at Johnson & Johnson, and sits on their advisory board.
